bubble fun

Taken last week around dusk in Vienna, Ohio (not that this detail really changes how one may look at the picture). There were many more in the series I took, but these were just some of my favorites. Enjoy!

This is a completely random picture that I kind of like.  It was taken on crse’s front porch about a month or so ago.

Vietnamese Hoya

This flower is absolutely amazing. The flowers are actually plasticine to the touch, so at first glance the plant appears to be fake. It’s quite impressive and intriguing.

Yellow G-ma’s

August 26, 2008 at 9:32 am (Flowers, Grandma's, Nature)

This is a picture taken in my grandma’s garden (this is a poor representation of her beautiful yard, but there shall be more).  I’m in the foreground with the yellow flowers, I’ll have to ask her what they are again.

Here are a few pictures I took at Mill Creek Park a few weeks ago. I like how they came out, what do you think?

Seattle Blues

August 23, 2008 at 12:39 pm (Flowers, Nature, Seattle) (, , , , )

These images were taken in Seattle, Washington. I was staying on Seattle University for a conference/training week on running an environmental campaign. The campus was seasoned with a wide variety of beautiful plant life. Not sure what these two flowers are, but the second picture is a crop of the first. Don’t even ask me what type of flower is in the 16-shot series, all I know is that flower is over six or seven feet tall (my arm was fully extended to get these shots).
